All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Orders are processed within 7-10 business days before shipping(BLOND/and DYED HAIR TAKES LONGER) once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase.
When placing an order please keep in mind that your billing and shipping address must match. We do not ship to unconfirmed address. Please contact us before placing an order if you need your package shipped elsewhere. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days before shipping depending on clearance of payment.
DollHouseandCo. isn’t responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. ALL PACKAGES MUST BE SIGNED FOR !! DollHousandCo. does not hold responsibility for packages stating that they have been delivered.
If items have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.
If an order is placed on a national holiday or after 3 p.m. EST on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be shipped the following business day.
During peak times of sales, such as BOGO (buy one, get one) promotions, processing times can take upwards of 7 to 10 business days. Due to the high volume of orders, sale orders will not be processed until after the sale has ended. Please note that processing time does not include shipping time. We use USPS to ship our orders and find that most packages reach customers within 7-14 business days after processing has completed. However, due to weather, holidays, or inaccuracies in shipping addresses, delays may take place.
No returns or exchanges unless order was incorrect. All sales final!
Returns: If your items are eligible for return all items must be returned to DollHouseandCo. Within 5 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and unwashed in the bundle with tags. If an item is not returned in the same condition in which it was sent, it will be denied.
If there are any discrepancies with the inches sent or texture we require ALL bundles purchased with that order sent back for verification and for the exchange to be made.
*We do not accept any bundles, closures, or frontal after it has been chemically treated or damaged!N O EXCEPTIONS
Returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $15.00, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
